Welding solutions for marine and boat products
Marine fabrication includes protective covers, flexible panels and inflatable chambers, each with different seam requirements. Forsstrom provides welding solutions for compatible PVC and thermoplastic polyurethane films and coated fabrics. HF, impulse or hot-wedge welding can be selected around the coating, product geometry and joint design. Material trials help establish seam strength, appearance and any required leak resistance.
