Suitable welded seams can form airtight joints, but the finished chamber also depends on its material, valves and connections. Establish the welding settings through sample trials, then verify leak resistance and strength against the product’s specified pressure and use conditions.
Selected constructions can be joined, but the outer coating, internal structure and edge design need assessment. Do not assume all double-wall fabrics behave the same way. Forsstrom can review the material and proposed seam to identify a suitable process and tooling.
