Cinema screens
Like a stretch ceiling a high-quality cinema screen requires straight seams that are invisible. It is important to use a material made for that specific purpose and a machine with the ability to weld with accuracy in order to create invisible seams with precision.
Forsstrom has specially developed machines for this purpose, stationary and travelling. It is our TX and TD models with dual outputs 5 and 10 kW and equipped with high grade machine tooling. The TD machine has a specially designed track system where each table leg can be individually adjusted to the rail to guarantee perfectly straight welds.

The TX
Forsstrom TX is a reliable and efficient high frequency welding machine with up to 500 cm² weld area.
The TD
The Forsstrom TD machine is the smallest of our travelling HF machines. There is 520 mm of free space behind the electrode.
